Words cannot describe my love for Dig-Inn, but really, my friends even make fun of me for it sometimes. This place is great because it’s set up like Chipolte but with healthier options.(Don’t get me wrong I love me a good burrito that turns me into a literal burrito… but I can’t eat that everyday.) Dig- inn is great for several different reasons the first one being that everything tastes so good and it’s healthy for you! (As in you’ll eat until you’re full and you won’t feel like shit.)
They generally have the same stuff at their locations but sometimes you’ll find a location that serves a variation. Their market-plates are wonderful because you get two sides on a bed of grains along with your choice of protein. They also have sandwiches, salads, cold pressed juices, and home made ice tea.
My two favorites are their charred chicken (obsessed) and their Kale & Quinoa Salad (even more obsessed than the chicken I dare say). Now imagine this: kale, quinoa, avocado, roasted sweet potatoes, grape tomatoes, and chickpeas. It comes with a balsamic vinaigrette but I honestly still enjoy it with some olive oil!
So if you ever stumble upon a Dig- Inn, go inside and give it a try!
*Not to mention it’s affordable considering the quality of their ingredients! Always a fan of affordable, delicious healthy eating!
